SUMMER 2024 CLASS SCHEDULE

Mondays 9-10am * Flow & Balance * VIRTUAL

Beginning with centering awareness to set our practices pace, each class will move into a healthy morning stretch before flowing through gentle sun salutations. Once we are warm, we will move to enhance our balance and tone with standing postures followed with poses to enhance the health of our joints and spine. Tuesdays 9-9:55 am * Gentle Flow & Balance * IN PERSONA at New Fairfield Senior Center

Our morning practice is designed to awaken your body and calmly focus your mind through uniting and nurturing breath and body together – then challenge us to keep this calm unity while practicing balance and warrior poses – once warm and centered while return to the floor to stretch our back, lets and hips further before gently stimulating our immune system.  We complete each pose with restoration and deep relaxation.  THIS COURSE IS OPEN TO THE NEW FAIRFIELD, CT SENIOR CENTER COMMUNITY

Wednesdays 5:15-6:15pm * Balance, Tone & Flow * IN PERSON at New Fairfield Senior Center

This evening flow is designed to challenge our balance while centering us through movements uniting body & breath. We will begin warming our bodies while seated on the floor. Moving to our feet for standing postures to build our stamina and leg strength with warrior flows. Returning to the floor to stretch deeply before full relaxation.  This course is designed with older adult bodies in mind, yet open to all adults.  THIS INTER-GENERATIONS CLASS IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF NEW FAIRFIELD, CT - PLEASE REGISTER AT THE NF SENIOR CENTER.

Join us for a slow flow yoga practice focused on balancing our breath, strength, pliability and stability.
